our internet connection is suppossed to be 3.5mbps down and 384kbps up.. right now I have the laptop connected to juno dialing in and currently thats actually faster. The customer service people didnt have much info but for the last day theyve been having 'server issues' and its affecting the whole region. at least i finally have a use for juno, since we're still paying for it... i'm suprised they dont have a system status page or something that would list issues like this and give more details, it would be nice to know what the actual problem is.
