Jan. 31st, 2009 10:37 pmRan the Hearnish 10k again in powder mills park with five other running club people. Apparently been steadily improving over these last three years!
6.385 miles
2007- 137th out 212 of 57:41 total
2008- 99th out of 223 52:02 total
2009- 53rd out of 227 49:20 total
Dropped 8 minutes over three years, not too bad! Especially considering the crazy hills on the course and it being kinda cold and wintry and all.
For reference, the guy who won overall this time did it in 36:51. Noooo idea how, that's under a 6 minute mile pace. And that course is hard.
