finished shenmue II tonight.. hopefully there will be a shenmue III and I will seriously buy what ever system it comes out for and the game I only wish I had a chance to buy shenmue and shenmue II new but I was a few years late for that.. I know alot of people say that final fantasy 7 is one of the best (rpg) games ever but I havent played it (yet, i will this year) so I can't compare it although id probably recommend shenmue to people that do like FF because it does have an epic-ness to it, had characters with decent depth and a good plot that we dont know where its going exactly until the next game.. alot more cinematic than most other games but also more interactive at the same time and although the graphics arent the best comared to what we have now theyre certainly impressive and a whole lot better than if it had come out on saturn as initially designed.. and its also probably the first game that involve fighting that I didnt totally button mash in, since in some cases you need to use moves that take advantage of something in some of your opponents so I even had to do things like blocking and dodging for once.. there are a few parts of shenmue II that I would vote for as some greatest moments in gaming history the way they get it to fit together... when they announce shenmue III i will be amongst those rising in a glorious chorus of celebration. or something like that.

also went to see shrek 2 with jessie today.. actually drove there too.. short movie but it was nice to be with jessie :)
