(no subject)

wow. crazy weekend. I spent most of last week waiting for it since it was like "yay jessie jessie jessie prom!!" and my first flight on a jet-propelled aircraft which since I tend to be paranoid about alot of things was an interesting experience although I probably wasnt actually quite as nervous about it as I thought I could have been.. Most of jetblue's planes are relatively new Airbus A320's and in the 20 years theyve been making them theres been only a few major accidents, which is impressive considering its one of the most widely used aircraft in the world. anyway, before I had left here I had just gotten carmageddon to run in VMWare in windows xp in windows 98 in dos (yay for VM apps) only thing is I dont think ill be able to get sound to work, its perfectly playable in highres mode, too bad there probably isnt a VM program with voodoo emulation... anyway then taxi to the airport ($15) anhd then check in and then wandering around for a while looking at things, boarding plane, siting in the plane (row 8 seat E) and then being in the air for a while (50 minute flight, shorter than driving for 6 hours) then arriving at jfk then finding baggage claim then finding parents and brother and jessie and then being very happy about suddenly seeing jessie after being thrown in the air at 600mph and 21,000 feet for a while and then going back to CT in traffic and being happy that jessie was there and then dropping her off and then going home and then some messing with things (cpu fan in the server hadnt been spinning) then eventually sleep and then waking up and getting the tuxedo and then going to jessie's house and being happy with jessie again (yay!) and then going home and attempting to repair a 60-disc cd changer that was later discovered had a broken small rubber belt that goes from one of the motors to the disc-loading mechanism and then realizing that one should never shave with razors youre not used especially if it has cheap replacement blades (much bleeding from the face) and then the picking up of jessie and the taking of photos (yay!) and then arriving and talking and rambling and eating and some dancing and talking and dancing and more dancing than I've done at previous formal dances and then going to katy's house and watching a movie and attempting to sleep 2 people wide on a regular couch (didnt work too well) and then waking up and and bringing jessie back and being a bit sad about that and then leaving and waiting around in airport and then flying back and then taxi ($13 i think it was that time) and then being back here.. ok probably not too much of an interesting summary but I have to prevent myself from going into detail because i want to goto sleep like now and i'd be up for a while.. so yes it was uber-super nice and great to be with jessie and it was probably some of the most i've been with her in one weekend before :) anyway yeah lotsa work to do.. projects, tests, quizzes so i should really goto sleep now
