(no subject)

hmm the weather right now is like perfect.. its great.. and it turned warm somehow! major things that happened today.. i managed to get my page file usage up to 1.4gb.. photoshop, avid, virtualdub, yahoo messenger, aim, internet explorer windows, and adobe aftereffects. the problem with that is i only have 512mb ram.. so it just sits there swapping. and sits there. and sits there. this means i need 1.5gb ram lol.. anyone have an extra gig of pc2700 around? the other thing is i cleaned up my desktop. yes. if anyone has seen my desktop they know what im talking about... resolution of 1152x864 and i had icons running off the screen.. so yeah.. and i accidentlyy deledt the picture i was using as my background before since it was on the desktop.. i may have moved into my documents but it doesnt matter since it was probably time for a change anyway.. so yeah thats a big deal for me i can actually see the desktop picture now which is weird very weird. ive also been working on an anime music vid.. considerably romantic-y since the song im using always made me think of ai yori aoshi.. So yeah.. the song im using has a poem in the beginning and that was my inspiration for the whole thing. the problem is that the rest of the song has no vocals. I didnt realize how hard it would be to make a music video to a song without vocals.. its really hard.. to try keeping it interesting.. since its more like ambient i cant just flash frames in there like you would in rock or anything else (even if it was an instrumental rock song..) so yeah.. what i have so far is availible in a file about 8mb (divx) at www.ujcswc.org/video.html the part after the poem is really really cheesy. if anyone doesnt think its too cheesy comment here or tell me and depending on the feedback (please i really need feedback on this) maybe ill make a version where i integrate all the other cheesy-ish ideas i had and one thats uncheesed lol.. i'll probably already make an alternate sequence without all the text i put in (or with only some of it) since a few people have said its somewhat distracting.. but yeah watch it and help me out since ive spent like 25 hours working on this already and its become a mission for me.. to get something good.. eventually i want to make a naruto video probably with *gulp* a trak xero song.. five feet deep despises trak xero.. but truthfully 'inside out' is a good song.. but thats the only good thing i'll ever say about them. so yeah.. i also realized it's not really easier to make a video with footage from more than one series.. just because theres more footage doesnt mean it'll be easier to decide what goes where...

my new desktop

ok i just did a little more work on my desktop picture.. the actualy background was a screenshot of milkdrop (the best winamp visualization plugin)and i've added some text in the corners because although i'm not running Copland OS, It's still a Navi.. heres a pic

ok ill stop staring at my background now and work on my lab report.. im also defragging.. found a program called perfectdisk and im hoping it's going to do be a little more effective.. its based on it's own engine too unlike some other programs that just take take the windows defrag engine and give it more options...
